The GESO Platform, ratified by the GESO Membership in December 2006

Last summer, GESO surveyed over 700 graduate students as the first step in developing a union-wide platform [.pdf]. Since we ratified that platform, GESO has been building a consensus on campus around the issues that we identified. This year, we are continuing to build that consensus and mobilize around them so that we can push the Yale administration to recognize our union formally and begin contract negotiations in earnest.

Please click on the different issues to learn more about our platform and the history of what the union has done on each issue-plank.
